Be sure to include a detailed explanation and clear photos to support your request for a replacement or exchange. As our products are perishable, we’re unable to process claims without proper documentation.

Please note that The Datery reserves the right to limit the number of replacements issued.

The Datery cannot be held responsible for delivery issues in the following cases:

• An incorrect or outdated shipping address was given.
• The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery.
